By accessing this website and requesting our repair services, you accept these terms and conditions in full. Our services include the diagnosis, repair, and sale of industrial electronics (CNC, Robotics, VFDs, PLCs). All repair orders are subject to a free evaluation unless otherwise stated.
2. 12-Month Warranty
We stand by our work. Most component-level repairs carry a 12-month warranty from the date of service. This warranty covers the specific components replaced and the labor performed. It does not cover damage caused by external factors such as power surges, improper installation, or operator error.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise stated, Pulse Fixer and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Pulse Fixer. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view and/or print pages from pulsefixer.com for your own personal use subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
4. Limitation of Liability
Pulse Fixer provides expert repair solutions; however, we shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of our services or the failure of repaired equipment beyond the cost of the repair itself.
5. Shipping and Equipment Handling
Clients are responsible for the safe shipping of equipment to our facility. Pulse Fixer is not responsible for items damaged during transit to our lab. We ensure professional packaging and handling for all return shipments.
6. Variation of Terms
Pulse Fixer is permitted to revise these terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this website you are expected to review these terms on a regular basis.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Pakistan for the resolution of any disputes.
