Checking Warranty on Used Items
All eligible electronic products come with a seven (7) day checking warranty (unless marked as No Warranty) from the date of delivery.
⚠ Warranty Void Conditions:
The warranty will be void if the product sustains external damage, such as:
- Falls, hits, cracks, or scratches.
Products Eligible for Checking Warranty:
- Voltage Protectors
- Circuit Breakers
- Smart WiFi Devices
Warranty Card
Your purchase receipt serves as your warranty card. No need for a printed invoice—your order details can be retrieved using your order number.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Accidental or intentional damage.
- Damage due to improper use (e.g., falls, bending, liquid exposure).
- Damage from uncontrollable external forces (e.g., floods, fires, earthquakes, lightning).
- Disassembly, self-repair, or unauthorized modifications.
- Damage caused by Force Majeure events (e.g., fires, earthquakes, floods).
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately for assistance.
Warranty for Brand New (Box Packed) Items
- Box-packed items may come with a manufacturer warranty. Please check the manufacturer’s website for specific warranty terms.
- Some products may be imported from China, the UK, or the UAE, and their warranty terms will be between the buyer and the manufacturer. Pulse Fixer is not responsible for manufacturer warranties on such items
Limitation of Liability
Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the purchased product. We do not assume any additional liability for the products sold.
